Chain of Communication - Questions and Concerns Regarding the Program

During the year many of you have questions and look for answers from the Club. We want to address those questions in the best possible manner.  Parents are asked to strictly adhere to the following NEU Chain of Communication:

• 1st Step – Discuss with the coach. This may not always be easy but it has to be the first step. This may be directed through the Team Manager.  Follow with an email.
• 2nd Step – Discuss with or Email the appropriate Director of Coaching - Boys, Girls or Developmental Director U9-11 ages.
• 3rd Step - Email the Executive Director of the Club.
