Ken Goodale brings over 25 years of coaching experience to Northeast United.  He has been involved in soccer at youth, high school and college level. Besides his duties with NEU he has served as Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at ECSU for the past 9 years.
Ken holds a USSF C license as well as NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.

Jason Dieterle - Developmental Director  

Born and raised in Manchester, CT.  Father helped start the Manchester Soccer Club.  Played travel soccer in Manchester starting at age 8 through age 21.   Played with Manchester High School 1989 - 1991, two-time CCC East Champions, All-Conference 1990 and 1991, leading scorer 1991, All-State 1991.
